About us

Black Dog Arborist Services is proudly owned and operated by Matthew White, a Certified Arborist and Urban Forester. Matthew is a graduate of Fleming College's Arboriculture Program and holds a degree from The University of Western Ontario. With an extensive background in insurance, he possesses a keen awareness of the various risks that trees can pose to both clients and workers. Safety is our top priority, encompassing the well-being of our employees and the protection of your property, both in the short term and for the long term.

What are your service areas?

We are located in Buckhorn, Ontario, and proudly serve Peterborough County, which includes Trent Lakes, Selwyn, and the City of Peterborough. Additionally, we extend our services to the City of Kawartha Lakes, encompassing Bobcaygeon, Lindsay, and Fenlon Falls, as well as North Kawartha County.
